We are constantly refining our interactive agency development process to ensure we have the shortest development cycles and produce the highest business value. Agile techniques, including Scrum, are fundamental to our process.
Customer needs, requirements and level of engagement determine the necessary phases of a project. Although typically, when we are involved throughout the full lifecycle of a project, our process will include the following:
Pre-Production
Discovery
We help our customers find, understand and quantify the benefits of various options, features and mediums to execute a solution.
Production
Concept
We conceptualize the solution with prototypes, wireframes and storyboards, which provide a roadmap and priorities driving us to the production phase.
Design
The creative team provides visual interfaces and designs for the end-user to interact with the solution.
Development
Here’s where we put it all together; we take the business needs, requirements, design, features and programming to create the solution.
Quality Assurance
QA ensures that the project success criteria is met; the solution is fit for the intended purpose and it is developed correctly the first time.
Post-Production
Promotion
We apply internet, interactive and multimedia promotional strategies to maximize market penetration, end-user satisfaction and ROI.
Maintenance
This phase may include tracking, configuring, managing and monitoring a solution after it has been deployed and making modifications and improvements based on end-user feedback or evolving business needs.
