- Understands Scrum and is willing to be energized by this ground-breaking product development framework
- Understands the interaction between traditional web sites, rich internet applications, mobile applications, gaming interfaces, etc
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to technical and non-technical co-workers/clients.
- Web-savvy, and up to date on industry developments, events and standards
- Self-motivated and detailed-oriented with experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to pro-actively work on multiple projects with deadlines and taking part in all aspects of the project life-cycle
- Ability to create solutions for problems using your experience, talent and research
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Creative Skills
- Experience in application, motion or web design
- Strong focus and passion for usability and information architecture
- Skills in both creative and user interface design
- Ability to communicate and understand interaction via wireframes
- Proficient in any of the following: Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
Development Skills
- Background in desktop, mobile or web development using Object-Oriented Programming, Design Patterns and n-Tier Architecture
- Programming any of the following: PHP, C# .NET, Vb .NET, Objective C and AS3
- Experience with and a working knowledge of DHTML, CSS, DOM, Javascript, AJAX and XML
- Working knowledge of the Agile Manifesto and Test Driven Programming
- Experience designing and implementing complex applications and database schema (SQL and MySQL)
- 3+ years of professional (post college) experience
- Ability to communicate and co-operate with producers, creative and technical teams
- Ability to communicate and understand interaction via wireframes, specification documentation and interactive prototypes
